Our program is based on four points of emphasis: Genetic Key Lifestyle System, Activity/Exercise, Water and Supplementation.

Genetic Key Lifestyle System:

The System is based on biochemical individuality and scientific evidence that hyperinsulin responses are the primary cause of fat gain and fat retention. Because our bodies do not all function the same, we as coaches, can help you determine your metabolic type and design nutritional guidelines based on your type.

Activity/Exercise:

Nearly 40% of Americans do NOT perform any leisure-time exercise. For as little as two days a week, you can have a positive impact on muscles, bones, your body and overall well-being. We develop regular activity programs based on your needs holding you accountable for reaching your fitness goals.

Water:

Over 70% of Americans suffer from dehydration making water another important component of a wellness program. There are many health issues associated with dehydration that include headaches, acne, dry skin and constipation. Water needs to become an important staple in your daily routine.

Supplementation:

Our bodies and cells need vital nutrients for proper structure and function. Through supplementation it is possible to reduce cravings and cut calories because your body is getting the nutritional support it needs. Supplementation can be incorporated in all of our programs.
