Looking for direction on how to create your own lifestyle change? After a consultation, fitness assessment and genetic typing, this program helps you create a vision and provides the information needed to get you on your way.
Only need help with how and what to eat? A one time consultation can determine your genetic type and provide you with the nutrition guidelines that are best for you.
Just need a fitness plan? If you would like to establish a fitness baseline and have an exercise program designed specifically for you, look no further!. This 2-session option will get you moving.
